The Medal:
This medal was privately issued to commemorate the service of Battery
C,
Pennsylvania Volunteer Artillery in Puerto Rico.
The front has the inscription “BATTERY C PENNA. VOLS." hanging from a
banner that reads "PORTO RICO."
This medal belonged to Battery member, Charles Harnish.
