Army of Occupation Medal for Puerto

This medal was issued to the members of the U.S. Army who served
in the Army of Occupation in Puerto Rico in 1898. This medal is a post-Spanish
American War medal. This specimen belonged to Charles
Harnish of Battery C, Pennsylvania Volunteer
Artillery.
The obverse reads "Army of Occupation - Porto Rico/1898"
